It combines notes of ripe berries and stone fruit with black tea aromatics. This wonderful combination of aromas, the clarity and brightness as well as a lot of sweetness were what made us first fall in love with this coffee – and reminds us of a classic peach iced tea.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe freshly picked cherries are first sorted to remove overripe and unripe ones. The coffee is then dried on raised beds for 7–10 days and moved frequently to ensure an even and consistent drying process. During the hot hours at midday and the cold hours at night, the coffee is covered for protection.
