The CONE filter is a cone-shaped filter, similar in shape to the widely known Hario V60 paper filters, also available in our online store. The Sibarist CONE filter is available in various sizes and most common in two sizes, which are similar to Hario's 01 and 02 sizes. We offer the CONE in packages of 25 or 100 pieces.
Compatibility
S: 1–2 cups, like Hario V60 01, Origami 2 Cup and others
M: 2–4 cups, like Hario V60 02, Origami 4 Cup and others
FAST vs. B3
The FAST filters allow for a much faster flow and extraction compared to common filter papers. You can grind finer without the risk of overextracting your coffee, often getting cups with more clarity. The B3 filters accentuate body and balance in your cup.
