The BOOSTER is a revolutionary piece of coffee brewing equipment. It is a tool to increase the extraction strength and the drawdown flow of your brews using flatbed drippers, cone-shaped drippers or brewers like the Aeropress.

Sitting between your filter and the brewer, the Sibarist Booster drastically increases contact points under the bed, right where we want to have most of our coffee flow through the filter, in a very even way. This increases the drawdown speed and the potential for a higher extraction without channeling.

Expect brews without bitterness or dryness, even at very high extraction yields, allowing you to grind finer and brew sweeter, richer and probably better cups without changing your brewer – just by adding the Booster under your paper filter.

Compatibility

Booster 22: for 60° brewers like the Hario V60, designed to be used with Sibarist Hybrid filters.

Booster 45: for flatbed brewers such as Orea V3, Orea O1, Kalita 155/185, April Brewer and more

Booster Cone: for cone-shaped brewers and paper filters

Booster 63: for brewers like the Aeropress
