The FAST FLAT paper filters allow for a drastically faster extraction compared to common filter papers. The FAST FLAT 2 is an evolution of the original FLAT filter, which brings the «no bypass solution» to the next level by providing pretty much 0% bypass. The new, unique design of the FLAT 2 offers a sealed flat bed filter instead of a folded one.
FAST vs. B3
The FAST filters allow for a much faster flow and extraction compared to common filter papers. You can grind finer without the risk of overextracting your coffee, often getting cups with more clarity. The B3 filters accentuate body and balance in your cup.
