The FAST ORIGAMI Special Edition paper filters are designed to provide the best brewing experience and fit the geometry of the Origami S dripper. There are two different ways of how to use the Sibarist FAST ORIGAMI Special Edition:
Fold it like a Sibarist FLAT filter to provide low contact surfaces with the dripper and very fast drawdowns.
Shape the filter with a 2nd Origami dripper to block air channels and reach higher extractions by almost completely avoiding bypass.
The team behind Origami were involved in the development process of these Special Edition filters, providing guidelines and feedback until they gave their approval and Sibarist managed to create what they believe is the perfect Origami filter.
FAST vs. B3
The FAST filters allow for a much faster flow and extraction compared to common filter papers. You can grind finer without the risk of overextracting your coffee, often getting cups with more clarity. The B3 filters accentuate body and balance in your cup.
